Quarter 1,Week 8- Communicative Styles Part 4

  This is our last week in Quarter 1. We didn't have a meeting nor a lesson but our teacher assigned an activity for this week. I'm glad that we finished our Quarter 1. I also learn many things and lessons from our teacher. Every week we watch a short clip that there's a lot of moral lessons. I also develop good attitudes such as being polite and appreciating all the things from your loved ones. I learned that I can use all the things that we discussed to express my thoughts, opinions, etc. Our class is not that boring. In our English class It's easy to catch up. We also have a summative test. It’s not that hard but it’s not that easy. Quarter 1, Week 6 - Communicative Styles Part 2

  Communicative Styles was our topic in week 6 English. We talk about Helen Adams Kelle. Our Anglo American Literature and Litotes was our figures of Speech in Focus. I learned that there's different type of Communicative Style such as Casual, Consultative, Formal, Frozen and Intimate. I don't find our lessons and activities hard. The highlight of our discussion is that we need to talk or speak based on the situation and person who we were talking to.  Brother Angelo’s brother just passed on a military exam and got accepted. Quarter 1, Week 7 - Communicative Styles Part 3

    Communicative Style was our topic last week in English. We didn't have a meeting in week 7 because it's a holiday. The communicative style focuses on the use of different communication styles  for various situations. I learned that there are Types of Communicative Styles such as Casual, Consultative, Formal, Frozen, and lastly Intimate. I don't find our topic and activities hard. The highlight of our discussion is the type of communicative because it reminds me that I should use all the communicative styles  based on the person who I'm talking to.   Opening Prayer... Title: Quarter 1, Week 5 - Communicative Styles Part 1

 Communicative Style was our topic last week in English. Communicative style focuses on the use of different communication styles  for various situations. Last week we had a problem because of our teacher's poor connection that time but I'm glad that we still continue our discussion. We take a mastery test and I don't find it hard.  I learned that there are Types of Communicative Style such as Casual, Consultative, Formal, Frozen and lastly Intimate. I don't find our topic and activities hard. The highlight of our discussion is the  type  of communicative style which is the word intimate. It reminds me that sharing Intimate  conversations with your family and friends is really important because it shows how you care about your relationship with them. Quarter 1, Week 4 - Understanding Conditionals Part 2

                             Conditionals were our topic in week 4 English, Grade 9. It’s easy to catch up with our topic. We also talk about Joanne Rowling, the creator of Harry Potter. I finished all my activities and I don’t find it difficult.  I learned that Conditionals are used in expressing stands, arguments, exchanging conversations and opinions. We also have types of conditionals such as zero conditional, first conditional, second conditional, and third conditional. We also tackled Figure in Speech in Focus like Irony. I don’t find it hard. The highlight of the discussion is the word Irony. The irony is an example of a figure of speech, meaning statements or situations that reveal a reality that is different from what appears to be true. First Conditional If I am a writer, I will write a book about… Second Conditional If I was born during the Spanish period, I would… Third Conditional If I had possessed superpowers, I would have…                                                

Quarter 1, Week 3 - Understanding Conditionals Part 1

Conditional was our topic for week 3. Grade 9 English. We also do  spelling, and I had a difficult time with the other words  because the other word was just new to me. It's really  easy to catch up with the lesson. I don't find the activities or tasks hard. I've learned that conditionals are statements expressing the result of a particular condition. If-clause and  when-claus e  present the condition while the main clause explains the results. Conditionals may appear in both affirmative and negative structures.  I also learn that we have 4 types and use of conditional which is Zero conditional, First conditional, Second conditional and lastly Third conditional.   I don't find our lesson difficult this time.   The highlight of our topic, I guess all of it, because every information about it is important.                                                    " Present's Choice: Past or Future ?" Quarter 1,Week 2-Learning Modals Part 2

"Modals" was our first topic in English 9 Quarter 1,At first its kind a confusing but when our teacher explain it well and give some example. I   immediately understood it and it was easy to catch up.  All I can say about the activities or task, It's easy at the same time confusing because I need to analyze the sentence to get the correct answer and modals that I will use.  I learned that modals are auxiliary or helping verbs. They may be used in expressing permission, obligation and prohibition. I found it difficult at first but there are some examples at the powerpoint and  our teacher explained it so it's not difficult if you just listen. The highlight of the topic is the word "Polite"                                                                    Cooking with Mama Mona:What are you gonna cook mom?
